The realtor, Nima Davani, wanted a very clean minimal look for this postcard design. Graphic designer in LA, Linda Sturling, also wrote the copy. The postcard was printed as a jumbo card with a high gloss finish. The realtor loved this design so much that it was re-used for other postcard house listings.
